To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if he will appoint a person with a learning disability to the Disability Rights Task Force. [20560]

The question of whether a person with learning disabilities should be appointed to the Disability Rights Task Force has already been raised with me. I have invited the Chair and Chief Executive of Mencap to discuss this with me.
