§ Mr. GalbraithThe Scottish Sports Council is continuing to provide support to the Scottish Athletics Federation and has recently entered discussions with the Federation about its plans to introduce a new structure for 47W Scottish athletics from April 1998. These discussions will address a range of issues, including the provision of coaching.
