§ Mr. RaynsfordThere are no plans to change the exemption from business rates for anyone who offers bed-and-breakfast accommodation in their home to six or fewer people. These small scale providers offer welcome extra bed spaces in the peak summer months and much needed accommodation in the more remote areas which would not support larger guest houses or hotels.
