§ Mr. GalbraithAny decision to remove a silicone breast implant is a matter of clinical judgment in the context of the one-to-one relationship between doctor and patient, taking into account the individual circumstances of each patient. The National Health Service in Scotland would provide whatever treatment is judged necessary.
