§ Mr. Galbraith[holding answer 8 December 1997]: It is the Government's intention that all eligible UK medical and dental students should benefit from the special provisions announced by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health on 23 September. The arrangements and costs will be the subject of further discussion between the Departments concerned.
