To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, pursuant to his Answer of 26 November 1997,Official Report, column 554, if he will ensure that orange badges for disabled motorbike riders are produced in a form which will fit into their normal vehicle tax disc holder. Orange Badges should be displayed by motorcyclists only when they are in use in connection with parking. Any secure holder may be used to display the badge as long as the details on the front of the badge are visible.
