§ Mrs BrowningThe Ministry does not hold this information for sheep dips. Figures for the use of organophosphate agricultural pesticides in Great Britain are available from 1975 but, up to 1993, only as the average of several years. The figures are:
- 1975 to 1979: 618 tonnes annually
- 1980 to 1983: 622 tonnes annually
- 1984 to 1989: 617 tonnes annually
- 1990 to 1993: 512 tonnes annually
- 1994: 703 tonnes
- 1995: 241 tonnes.
