§ Mr. Sproat[holding answer 28 October 1996]: Representations have been received from the Broadcasting Campaign for Scotland. My officials are discussing with the BBC the provision of the information required under clause 4.4(e) of the agreement to ensure that it is made available in the BBC's annual reports or elsewhere as appropriate. Meanwhile, the hon. Member will be aware that the BBC Scotland annual review 1995–96, published on 25 October, includes further information about BBC production in Scotland.
