As my right hon. and learned Friend the Foreign Secretary made clear, there has been no relaxation of the embargo and no goods have consequently been released from embargo. However, there have been exceptions allowed under the embargo in specific cases. I also refer the hon. Member to the written answer given to the hon. member for Linlithgow (Mr. Dalyell) on 13 June 1996, Official Report, column 263.
