§ Mrs. GillanThe Nursery Education and Grant Maintained Schools Act 1996 has no effect on the premises requirements for maintained schools or for other institutions offering nursery education. The Act allows grant-maintained schools to borrow commercially, which will allow such schools to invest more in their facilities for physical education.
