To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what investigations his Department made into the registration of each of the fishing vessels Mar Azul and Mar Blanco owned by Messrs. Hooktowe of Ayr in respect of their(a) original builders and use, (b) previous owners, (c) previous registrations and (d) information relating to any de-commissioning grant authorised under the common fisheries policy. Bradley to Mr. Nigel Spearing, dated 24 July 1996: The Secretary of State for Transport has asked me to reply to your question enquiring what investigations were made into the registration of the fishing vessels "Mar Azul" and "Mar Blanco" in respect of their (a) original builders and use, (b) previous owners, (c) previous registrations and (d) any information relating to any decommissioning grant authorised under the Common Fisheries Policy.     • Information on usage not required by the regulations and not known by the MSA.
  2. (b) and (c) Previous Owners and Registrations
