§ Mr. WattsI am advised by the Office of the Rail Regulator that the latest estimated outturn of the cost of running the office for 1996–97 is in line with the original budget, details of which are set out in the table. I will write to the hon. Member after the Chancellor's Budget statement on 26 November 1996 with estimates of expenditure plans in subsequent years, and place a copy of my letter in the Library.
