To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many(a) diuretics, (b) analgesics, (c) night sedations, (d) digoxins, (e) non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, (f) laxatives, (g) corticosteroids, (h) beta blockers, (i) beta agonists, (j) long-acting nitrates and (k) aminophyllines have been prescribed to people in the United Kingdom broken down by age bands of 10 years in each of the last five years; and if he will make a statement.
