§ Mr. Jonathan EvansWelsh Office officials keep abreast of, and appraise, all published research that is relevant to the development of rural Wales. In planning terms, no research on low impact development has either been commissioned or is pending. Our policies for rural Wales are set out in "A Working Countryside for Wales", CM 3180, published on 13 March 1996.
