To ask the President of the Board of Trade what steps he is taking to review the rights to claim compensation for loss suffered as a result of damage to property by terrorist acts in Britain. [2309]

There is no need to consider any compensation arrangements as insurance is available against losses arising from damage caused to property by acts of terrorism in Great Britain.
