§ Mr. MossThe headquarters of the Department of Education in Bangor, County Down comprised a high rise building and a number of temporary annexes which were past their useful life. The new building at the headquarters site is a replacement of these temporary structures and the estimated cost is £3.657 million. This project was evaluated against other Government office priorities, but not against other building priorities in education.
