§ Mr. ClappisonA summary of exceedences of national and international guidelines and standards for pollution levels in air, water and soil across the United Kingdom is included in the Department of the Environment's "Digest of Environmental Statistics No. 17, 1995", a copy of which has been placed in the Library of the House of Commons. The 18th volume of this report will be published in mid-June.
