§ Mr. BowisThe social services inspectorate will shortly complete its investigation into the implementation of community care by Essex county council. Material originally submitted by the end of March is being updated in the light of newly available statistical data. In the light of the inspectorate's conclusions, we shall consider what further action, if any, is required.
