§ Mr. SproatOn 1 April, my right hon. Friend announced,Official Report columns 69–70, changes to the policy directions issued under subsections (1) and (2) of section 26 of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993. These changes will allow the Arts Council to make revenue-only lottery awards.
