To ask the Prime Minister (1) what was the spending per head of population on health provision in(a) Northern Ireland, (b) Scotland, (c) Wales and (d) England in each of the last five years; and what is the projected spending in the current financial year per head of population in each country; [22948]

(2) what percentage of patients in (a) Northern Ireland, (b) Scotland, (c) Wales and (d) England are currently covered by general practitioner fundholders. [22949]
