§ Mr. OppenheimStructural funds objective 2 programmes are administered by the Government offices in England and by the Scottish and Welsh offices and the Government of Gibraltar.
The programmes are monitored by monitoring committees in accordance with the Council regulations governing the funds and the requirements of single programming documents which set out the amounts, purposes and conditions of the grants.
