§ Mr. Ancram[holding answer 13 February 1996]: A composite deregulation Order in Council will be introduced next year and as frequently as necessary thereafter, to carry forward in Northern Ireland, as appropriate, changes being made in Great Britain under the order-making powers in the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 and any measures unique to Northern Ireland.
