§ Mr. Raymond S. RobertsonI was due to meet representatives of the Clyde Fishermen's Association in Aberdeen on 14 March. However, as a result of the tragedy at Dunblane on 13 March I was unfortunately unable to keep that appointment. I expect the meeting to be rescheduled for a mutually convenient date in the near future.
