§ Mr. HowardThere have been no payments in respect of alleged equal opportunities breaches not proceeding to tribunals or courts. Information on alleged equal opportunities breaches which proceeded to tribunals is given in the table and relates to Home Office agencies. There were no awards; all the cases were settled.
