§ Mr. NorrisThe Federal Aviation Administration is carrying out an international aviation safety assessment programme of foreign countries' aviation safety regulatory procedures, as a result of which they have listed countries in various categories according to the FAA's judgment of how fully the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organisation are being met. The assessments do not relate to individual aircraft or airlines.
