To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 12 March,Official Report,column 559, what was the date of the item of correspondence between his Department and the Welsh Health Common Services Authority which would most accurately fit the description of a decision letter concerning the privatisation of the EstateCare Group of the authority.
