§ Mr. AncramThe maximum size of a class in a secondary school in Northern Ireland is restricted, by regulation 15 of the Secondary Schools (Grant Conditions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1973, to 20 pupils for a class in a practical subject and 35 in other subjects. There are no similar provisions in the primary sector.
