§ Mr. Gwilym JonesPlans for major improvements on the A470 in Gwynedd in 1996–97 and future years will be included in the 1996 Welsh Office departmental report to be published on 25 March. In addition there are three schemes in the medium—under £3 million—programme for construction in the next three years. Further schemes are planned.
