§ Sir John WheelerParliamentary approval for the making of payments under the EU special support programme for peace and reconciliation in Northern Ireland has been sought in the spring supplementary estimates. Pending that approval, urgent expenditure for new services will be met by repayable advances from the civil Contingencies Fund.
