§ Mr. MacleanSince the provisions of the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 came into force, I understand that the proof houses at London and Birmingham have certified a total of 61,169 shotguns as modified in this manner. An annual breakdown of this figure is available only at disproportionate costs.
