§ Mr. BowisNo decision has yet been made about changes to services provided by Premier Health national health service trust. Proposals for change, including associated transport arrangements, are currently the subject of a public consultation exercise which closes on 3 July 1996. The annual accounts of all NHS trusts are subject to an independent audit.
