§ Mrs. Browning[holding answer 7 June 1996]: Six hundred and sixty-four interested parties representing manufacturers, retailers, consumers, individuals and enforcement authorities have been consulted on the draft guidance notes. Seventy-one detailed responses were received and have been taken into account in preparing the final version.
