§ Mr. ArbuthnotI currently expect that all the receipts accruing from the sale of the Upholder class submarines will be retained by the Ministry of Defence. In the event that actual receipts exceed voted provision, Government accounting regulations stipulate that the excess goes to the Consolidated Fund.
