To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what proposals he has to amend the London Regional Transport Act 1984 and Transport Act 1985 to include men aged 60 years or over as a further eligible class of person for transport concessions following the Atkinsv. Wrekin district council and Department of Transport case considered by the European Court. [30026]

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport (1) in what circumstances men aged 60 to 65 years since December 1984 will be able to claim compensation from their local authority as a result of the Atkins?. Wrekin district council and Department of Transport case considered by the European Court; [30025]

(2) if he will estimate the cost of complying with the Atkins v. Wrekin district council and Department of Transport case decision by the advocate general of the European Court of Justice (a) in the current financial year, (b) in future years and (c) for each year between 1984 and 1995. [30134]
