I have received letters from 27 Members of Parliament, including the hon. Gentleman, requesting clarification of the Crown Prosecution Service's decision to seek leave to appeal to the House of Lords for a definitive ruling about the interpretation of section 34 of the Gaming Act 1968 in the case of Rv. Burt and Adams Ltd. the HB Leisure case.
