To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is the total amount of capital gains outstanding for each of the last 10 years; and if he will list the longest period for which capital gains has been unpaid while negotiations with the Inland Revenue continue for(a) individuals, (b) companies and (c) trusts.
