To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list(a) the customer charters which are currently in use within his Department and its executive agencies and (b) the charters which have been withdrawn. [32839]

HM Treasury does not have any customer charters nor has it withdrawn any. Of its executive agencies, the customer charters currently in use are listed. Neither the Royal Mint nor the Valuation Office has any customer charters, and no charters have been withdrawn by any of the agencies.
