§ Mr. HagueThe number of Welsh travel to work areas in which the average rate of unemployment is more than three percentage points above the GB average has fallen significantly in recent years. In the year of 1979, there were 15 such travel to work areas in Wales. In the 12 months to May 1996, there were four.
