To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what protocols or agreements were entered into between Her Majesty's Government and Oman, Brunei or the United Arab Emirates in relation to the supply of oil to South Africa between 1979 and 1990; and if he will give the dates and summarise the nature of such protocols or agreements.
