§ Mr. Sproat[pursuant to his answer, 18 April 1996, c. 596]: I regret that a recent review has indicated that the information given then was incorrect. At the time of answering the question, my Department held 25 files marked in this way, rather than 43 as stated earlier. One of the files has subsequently been reviewed and the marking removed, as no longer relevant.
