To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment (1) what was the amount of grant for Kirklees metropolitan council for its education new build programme in each year since 1979–80; [34797]

(2) what was the amount of grant for Kirklees metropolitan council for the improvement and repair of schools within the area for each year since 1979–80. [34796]
