§ Mr. HowardGreen issues in the Home Office are the responsibility of my right hon. and noble Friend Baroness Blatch. They consist of the green housekeeping strategy, which sets out the Department's policy on conserving306W natural resources and reducing environmental pollution. The strategy is supported by action plans incorporating recycling and energy efficiency schemes and a range of other green housekeeping initiatives.
