Mr. BowlsThe care programme approach is a key element in the delivery of local mental health services. Local agencies should collaborate to ensure its implementation. In the year 1996–97, Dorset social services will receive £93.8 million for personal social services. It will also receive an allocation of mental illness specific grant, from which this year it has received £589,000.
