§ Mr. MossThis is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. The chief executive has advised me that, in response to the very high demand for grant aid for home improvements, the budget for 1995–96 has been increased by £10 million over the previous year to some £44 million. These substantial resources should enable further in-roads to be made in improving housing conditions in Northern Ireland.
