§ The Attorney-GeneralOn 1 December 1995, the divisional court refused an application for judicial review of the decision of the Crown Prosecution Service not to prosecute any individual or company for manslaughter232W arising out of the accident at Sowerby bridge. In doing so, the court commented on the evidence. Once the transcript of the judgment is received a decision can be made on what further action, if any, should be taken.
