To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster how many former Prime Ministers claim the maximum allowance available to them. [9901]

I do not think it right to disclose information about the amount of allowance claimed by former Prime Ministers, any more than the House discloses details of claims by individual Members under the office costs allowance.
