§ Mr. Robin SquireCapita Managed Services Ltd. will administer the issue and redemption of nursery education vouchers in phase 1. Parents will be able to exchange their vouchers in maintained, private and voluntary providers participating in the scheme. It is proposed that Ofsted will inspect registered providers.
