§ Mrs. GillanThe governors' proposals to change the admission criteria for the Bluecoat school, Liverpool, were published on 28 January 1995. We normally aim to take decisions on all statutory proposals within five months of their publication, though in some cases a longer period is needed if full consideration is to be given to all relevant facts. My right hon. Friend will announce a decision on these proposals as soon as possible.
