§ Mr. NorrisThe London airports surface access study is examining the opportunities for improving surface access to and between London's main airports—Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City airports. As well as considering new links and development opportunities, the study will assess the extent to which such improvements would relieve future congestion on road links to the airports. The LASAS consultants are reviewing a wide range of proposals and schemes and are due to report by the end of June.
