§ Sir Nicholas BonsorMy right hon. and learned Friend the Foreign Secretary has not had discussions on this project. However, other Ministers and officials are in regular discussion with the partner nations in the future large aircraft project to establish whether the conditions set out by the Government last December for the United Kingdom to rejoin the programme can be met.
